Effective November 6, 2026. These terms cover use of the Bash Pools website and its project-inquiry and text-messaging features.

Website information and inquiries
This website provides general information about Bash Pools and about planning a larger custom pool. Descriptions and drawings do not establish the scope, price, schedule, material availability, or suitability of a particular project. An inquiry is a request to talk, not a construction agreement or confirmation of an appointment.
A project's scope, pricing, approvals, payment terms, schedule, responsibilities, changes, and any warranty terms must be addressed in the relevant written proposal or agreement. Website content does not create an additional guarantee or replace the agreed project documents. Availability is confirmed by property address and proposed scope.
Planning information and imagery
General planning information on this website is not engineering, legal, permitting, or product-specific installation advice. Requirements depend on the property, the authority, existing conditions, and selected materials. The drawings and water imagery on this website are illustrations made for the website. They do not show a completed Bash Pools project or a specific property.
Using the website and submitting information
Provide accurate contact details and submit only information or photos you have permission to share. Do not use the site to send unlawful, abusive, misleading, or malicious content, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Submitting project information allows us and the service providers supporting the inquiry process to use it to respond and assess the request. It does not automatically provide permission to publish your photos in marketing. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program name: Bash Pools text messages. By checking the optional text-message consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Bash Pools at the number you provide. Message types include quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, and project updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to send an inquiry. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and consent is not inferred from submitting the form.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. You are responsible for charges imposed by your carrier. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network conditions and may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. After an opt-out request, a confirmation message may be sent and further program messages will stop, subject to processing of the request. For support, contact support@bashpools.com or (954) 738-7481. Contact us if your phone number changes so communications are not directed to a reassigned number.

Availability
The website and online form may occasionally be unavailable. If you do not receive confirmation that an online request was accepted, contact us directly. An unavailable form does not submit a request or reserve an appointment. We may update website information to correct errors or reflect changes.
Content and revisions
The website's brand materials and written content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Permission to browse the website does not grant a right to republish these materials. These website terms may change; the effective date above identifies the current version. Changes to website terms do not replace the terms of a separately signed project agreement.
