Information you provide
When you send a project inquiry, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, property address or city, project type, project details, and an optional photo. Please send only information relevant to your project. Avoid including sensitive personal documents, payment information, or images of people who have not agreed to be included.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to you, assess your request, arrange appointments, prepare project discussions, and maintain records of our communications. We may contact you using the contact details you provide in connection with your inquiry. Text messages require the separate consent described below; sending an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in text messaging.
Service providers and website delivery
The inquiry form uses our customer messaging system to receive and manage requests. Website hosting, security, communications, and customer-management providers may process information as needed to support these operations. Technical request information may be processed for security, abuse prevention, and reliable delivery.
This website does not include advertising pixels or analytics tracking scripts. Core website and security services may process technical information needed to deliver the site and protect forms. No inquiry information is stored in browser local storage by this website. Information entered in an unsent form remains in that browser session until navigation or reload, subject to your browser's own autofill behavior.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Photos and project records

Inquiry and project records are retained as needed to respond to requests, support the customer relationship, operate the business, and meet applicable obligations. You may contact us to ask about information associated with your inquiry or to request correction or removal, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
We use the website and service-provider safeguards available for receiving and managing inquiries. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not use the form to send payment credentials, identification documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Your choices
You can choose not to provide optional details or a photo, and you can leave the text-message consent box unchecked. You can also contact us by phone or email instead of using the form.
Children and policy changes
